English Garden in Epcot

I was at WDW this past week and while walking in the garden in England in Expcot's World Showcase my family and I noticed a box with a few butterflies in it. The sign below the box says that the blue butterfly, who had its wings closed, was a mystical butterfly and only appeared in magical gardens. It said that the butterfly would open its wings only when it heard its mating call. The wings were attached to the "body" of the butterfly, which were clearly hinges, indicating that the wings actually open. My sister and I started making various noises at the box, but nothing happened (besides up looking ridiculous lol)

Does anyone know anything about this??

There is some interactivity for Kim Possible, however there are flowers in that garden that are supposed to attract butterflies during certain times of year, sometimes the odd hummingbird.
