steve you should be able top help me with this one.

so i saw Disney is already offering generous package deals for 2015 for guests from England and or Ireland however beyond the typical you must stay in this resort for this amount of time...i saw nothing in the fine print or in the regular print actually saying you need to be from those two points of origin..so to sum it up can anyone request the deal?

Having booked for 2015 already using one of these deals, mine was flight inclusive so don't know if they are available without flights which I assume would be what you are after?
