I have family coming to visit in a couple of weeks and my future brother in law is proposing to his long time girlfriend. I personally proposed in front of the Adventurer's Club where I met my future wife, but he wants to do something over the top.... Does anyone have any good ideas???

I wouldn't call this over the top, but it was still awesome and my fiance(wife in eight days) loved it. Quoting myself from a previous post:

"I proposed to my girlfriend in March at Cinderella's Royal Table in the castle. It was amazing. The food was good, the atmosphere was good, etc. Everything went perfect! We weren't there for Wishes but I liked being outside the castle so we could hug and look up at them and stuff. They take pictures of everything and bring out the ring in a glass slipper with your names and a special message like "Happily ever after" or whatever you want. It costs about $380 but it was well worth it. When we told the story to friends and family everyone was jealous of my proposal skills, yet it was so easy to do! In the end it won't be where/how you proposed, women aren't as concerned with that as they are with the fact that they're getting married. But it's a pride thing for us guys to make it the best we can, I think."
