Employee accomadation

I live in the UK and would like to take a year off and work in Disney as a park attendant in one of the parks helping with rides and things, I was wondering some things.

Do Disney offer employee accomadation and deduct the rent from your wages?

Also how would the interview process work? Since I can't really just visit for an interview.

Is this also available to people who wish to work part time hours from January through March? If not, can you tell me what other people who work that kind of time frame do for housing?

The best thing to do is to apply to get a seasonal position. The main hurdle you will find is that it is the hardest time of the year to find a job since attendance is at an all time low during that time frame. Disney will not supply housing for you if you are not apart of their college or international program. You would either have to rent out temporary housing during that time frame.

Thanks for the info. Would you happen to know how I could email/talk with people, retirement age who actually work there during that time of year, other than going there? We are going for a vacation in January so I will try meet people then but would also like to get info in the meantime.
