EMH vs. Magic Mornings

We're going to DLR the first week of March staying at Paradise Pier. Our ticket package includes two Magic Morning days, but since we're staying on property I've read about Extra Magic Hours. Are these two the same thing? Or can we only get into the park early two days because of our MM tickets?

Also, as frequent WDW visitors, we tend to avoid the park that opens early for resort guests. Should we stick to this strategy in California as well or take advantage of it?

Magic Mornings are for regular, hotel guests. Extra Magic Hours are for annual passholders. That's the only difference between the two. Other than that, they're the same thing.

If California Adventure opens early, I suggest you take advantage of that. Radiator Springs Racers is a very popular ride and Fastpasses run out very quickly. Might want to go to DCA early for Cars Land.
