He appears pretty entrenched at Universal (Tchoup Chop and Emeril's) so doubt that would happen. But! Think he's a pretty big Disney fan based on how many times he's been sited at WDW.

Probably wouldn't be anything special. I've given his place in universal a few shots, but did not like it

I love Tchoup Chop and I plan to eat there twice on my next trip (staying a few days at Royal Pacific). Does anyone know when he normally is at the restaurant?
