I just got an email survey from Disney. I had to agree to a confidentiality agreement, but let's just say that it was about a new product that Disney is coming out with that's already been announced.
There are a few things I want to say-

1. The invitation called me one of Disney's "valued customers". I'm not a customer, I'm a guest. This is the second or third time I've seen this lately, and I don't like it. If I want to be a customer, I go fly United Airlines. Same thing with calling the cast in the DRC agents.
2. The survey barely touched on guest service, and this is in an industry that is famous for poor customer service (guessed yet?). Disney- If I use this new service, the reason for me switching would be guest service. Either do that or I won't be switching.
3. They wanted me to take a 25-minute survey without competition. That only works for people who are major Disney fans.
