The Disney Channel is showing Elmo in Grouchland right now. I'm surprised they're showing it. I know they own the Muppets and not the Sesame Street Franchise, and I know back in the day they'd show Sesame Street movies and what not... but NO Proud Family!? NO Thats so Raven!?
