Electrical Water Pageant - Time to Update?

I am afraid of what Disney would do if they try to update it due to the lights it uses and its 70's vibe. The other problem is I see Disney starting to have people charge to see it and have dessert parties for seeing it.

We agree with the "leave it as it is" sentiment expressed here. Wonderful piece of nostalgia for us and a great piece of nightly entertainment that we can introduce new guests to whenever we get the opportunity to tell them what not to miss.

I like it the way it is now as well. I will say though, whenever I hear the 'Open the door, get on the floor, everybody walk the dinosaur' music I laugh...as I sing along. But my question is, does the driver of the main barge get his ears blown out every night with the music?

If I'd change anything, it would be to perhaps bring back the original music. Ideally, a variation each night would be epic. Did they actually add a boat for LM, or just change an existing character?

Do I trust Disney to update it in a creative manner? No.
