Electrical Parade 5 month run?

From what j hear the Electrical Parades going to only have a 5 month run starting in January? Although I have heard that one before does that mean it's getting sent right back, if so could that mean an Electrical Parade with significant upgrades?

Knowing TDA did a good update with the parade back in 2010.Love the new look for the Drum since it no longer looks static but moves similar to the Drum at Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade. I'm sure Disneyland is giving the parade a good cleaning up and I will bet the pixie dust effects will work in sync again.

I also love the MSEP boat designed by Disney to promote the parade's return next year.

That indicates some upgrades, hope they use that drum or one like it. Now if that's the case it better be back by mid summer and do to the music in the promo I'm assuming it's not changing.
