I been researching about him and it seems like they need a new leader. It was great after a few years in the beginning before he had the money and power. Now he seem to power hungary and greedy. Like cutting budgets and stuff I know you have to keep on budget but if it will make it better or make more money at the box-office you should do it. I think he is worrying about his christmas bonus more. He took more risk at the beginning. Disney took many risk Snow White, Disneyland, and many other not all were good but usally your bound to get some good ones. I don't mean to make it seem like I hate Eisner, becasue I don't but I think he is out of gas and need a replacement.
