EHH Overutilized (RESOLVED)

Hi, I started working at WDW last month, February 8 was my Traditions. Because of my schedule and training I haven't had many hours, but I was told I could pick up extra shifts on the Hub. I've only picked up three shifts total, which have been all this month. I wasn't scheduled at all this past week, so I picked up Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I wasn't given any warning or told if there was a limit - but now that I checked after working my Friday shift, it says I'm overutilized? Under the FAQ it says that means I'm blocked out of picking up extra shifts. Is this permanent? Did I do something wrong? Was I supposed to wait until my 90 days were over? I am a Part-Time cast member trained in PAC on Main Street. This just worries me!! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I apologize I checked this morning and it was resolved...I believe it was an error!

Based on some comments I've seen on Facebook from CM friends, it was a system error that affected everybody.
