So, going through my morning stuff and this pops up.

First off, is it me or does this read like a person whose English isn't their first language wrote this....

I remember when this was the Parkside Inn, which was always at the bottom of the rankings.

Now it is #17th in the TripAdvisor Anaheim Rankings.

But I found this at the first link...

>>We Recommend These SoCal Attractions for Even More Fun & Excitement:

Angel Stadium – Spend an enjoyable the day in the sun watching the Anaheim Angels professional baseball team play at this magnificent ballpark.
Universal Studios Hollywood – Enjoy the ultimate Hollywood experience. You can tour real working movie studios, enjoy thrilling theme park rides and maybe catch a glimpse of your favorite stars.
Sea World San Diego – Experience this fantastic waterworld of fun. See Shamu the whale, learn about the ocean, and take thrilling rides—even Journey to Atlantis.
Knotts Berry Farm – Discover the thrills of this incredible amusement park. From the 301-foot tall Windseeker to Camp Snoopy and Big Foot Rapids, there’s something here for everyone!<<

Anaheim Angels?? That is so 1997 - 2004

Shamu??? SeaWorld hasn't used that term/name in a few years

Windseeker… That was only in Operation from August, 2011 through September of 2012

Decent location, an old 1960's Motel, and interesting marketing. But the price is on the low end.

They found some old brochures under the desk.

Forgot to add... "The Paradise Pier Hotel is the landmark to enter Downtown Disney for entrance to the Theme Parks and numerous restaurants and entertainment options."

This is hilarious, yet admirable. And with the stuffed Mickey and Minnie on the bed, I am completely IMMERSED in Disney Magic and Sustainability that honors my core values and makes me Feel Good!!! Bob Chapek should send his goons to check out this place and figure out how they achieved that level of IMMERSION so cheaply.

But also genuinely admirable, as this type of remodel is about as good as it can get for these 1960's motels that still dot Katella and adjacent streets. Although they should get someone other than a Taiwanese exchange student to write their ad copy.

This is honestly the best use of these 60 year old motels going into the 2020's, until they get torn down for Convention Center expansion, or for the latest Made Up Name With Extra Vowels, A Boutique Collection Property by Marriott/Hilton/Wyndham/Whatever middle ground motor inn. With reduced housekeeping and Shared Soap & Shampoo disguised as "Sustainability".
