In light of the revelations about Chipolte bowls, does any quick service use molded fiber bowls/plates? Thinking of Pandora specifcally.

Molded fiber is more like very thick paper. Cardboard is actually a constructed product made up of 2 plies of linerboard with a layer of corrugated medium sandwiches in between.
