We stayed at POP 2 years ago but I don't remember oatmeal. Best bet is to bring instant oatmeal and brew hot water in your room's coffee pot and presto chango---oatmeal. Quicker and cheaper than the food service at the resorts.

None of the value resorts have coffee makers in the room to my knowledge. The moderates do though. The food courts of all the value & moderates do have hot water available though. So, you could easily bring your own oatmeal & plastic bowl, and just add hot water there.

When I was at the All Star Music resort last month, they did have Quaker instant oatmeal for purchase in the little sealed bowls that you just add water to. The online breakfast menus of the food courts for all the All Star resorts are showing oatmeal for $2.49 on them also.
