Easter weekend

Hi all,

We have booked a fairly last minute trip for Easter this year. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for something we could do on Easter weekend itself? We'd like to avoid the parks I think- we'll probably go to the Classic Car show in Old Town on Saturday evening, so things like that?

One year we didn't want to deal with the crowds on Thanksgiving and went to Discovery Cove for the day. It was wonderful.
At the time is was an all inclusive deal and also limits attendance. It was not crowded at all.
I don't know if all of that is still true.
