I see morning extra magic hours almost every day that I'm there in December (including Hollywood Studios)

I don't think they post the schedule for the Early Morning Magic hours until a few months ahead of time. You could call WDW to inquire, or just keep checking back...

I know last time we visited, EMM didn't get scheduled for our visit until less than 6 months out, because we'd already made all of our ADRs, which cemented which parks we were visiting on which days (with no EMM scheduled for any of them), when WDW "suddenly" threw a wrench in our plans by extending the EMM schedule and inserting one on our HS day. (As it turned out, it was fine -- despite a few dozen extra people being in the park when we entered it at regular rope drop, they had no noticeable affect on our wait times at all.) I think it happened after ADRs but before FP+, so all I can say is that it was scheduled 2-6 months ahead of time.
