E-Ride nights is possibly one of the best disney ideas they had in a long while.... i was skepticle at first about how e-ride nights actually would work, but i tried it out and it was amazing

i road splash mountain 10 times in a row no wait, buzz lightyear three times, space mountain 11 times (5 min wait at most), and big thunder mountain once

it was really an awsome time especially running from splash mountain to space mountain through an empty disney park

oh i wish i was thier

The Deadli one and I lucked out on our honeymoon in November '99 and wound up with 2 E-Ride nights. We rode Splash Mountain 5 times in a row (didn't even have to get off) and could have gone longer, but the song was starting to hurt our heads. :)

If you can get 'em, do it. I found the guide at Deb Willis' site (Unofficial WDW Insider's Guide) to be an excellent resource.

Have they posted this May's e-ride nights yet? I keep checking for e-ride nights and park hours for May and come up blank. But I saw one of the other posts compared April to May. This year?? I am sorry to keep repeating myself but I am soooo darn anxious to get the May hours. We have 10 days and I hope we hit a few e-ride nights. Worth thier weight in gold when going with groups of small kids!

I think the don't have the E-Ride Nights in December because they have Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. It's sort of like E-Ride nights but with the (obviously) Christmas theme. Plus, there are a lot more people allowed in. A lot more stuff is going on then too. I prefer E-Ride Nights, but MVMCP is better than nothing.

I would definatly not recommend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party for someone who wants to experience all of the rides with no waiting. If your willing to part with an extra 32 dollars and would like to walk down main street USA while it is snowing and see some faboulous street entertainment and an amazing fireworks display the MVMCP is for you!!! If you want to ride you will be very dissappointed. Lines are at the minimum 45 min. While the crowds at the park were minimal during the day, they were overwhelming during this event. Save your money if you are looking to ride!

if your staying in a disney resort, all you have to do when your checking in or just go to the front desk anytime and ask to pourchase e-ride night pass's. its best to do it the sooner the better cause the spots do fill up.

Wiggly,

Like the response above mine says, you get your tix at the resort when/after you've checked in. You'll get a ticket/voucher. Sometime in the early evening on the day of the E-Ride night, you'll stop by Town Hall and get a little wrist band. Then, later on when the park is "closing," the CMs will only shoo out the guests without those wrist bands.

It's great fun. I'm disappointed that we haven't been able to do an E-Ride night in the four times we've been to WDW since, but hopefully when we go in Jan of 2003, we'll luck out.

This has now changed. I just got off the phone with a disney reservationist. The park hours for 4/15 have been extended to 9:30pm and spectramagic has been added. She said that all of April's E-ride nights were messed up. We will be there from 4/14 to 4/20 and she told me to call a week before to find at what the new nights or times will be.
