E mail notification

Ok what is going on here? I have my control panel set to have instant e mail noitification and I have been receiving e mail notifications, but all of a sudden I stopped getting them. I am stumped! :confused:

It stopped working for me this afternoon too, so don't worry it's not just you. I'm sure it will be back soon, as this has happened to me a few times before.
