a fair guess .. at least 50 progs can do it (mpeg2 cutting)


are those industiral dvd's ? ..

if protected by css .. all discussion is illegal :lol: (cause ripping them to hdd is)

No, the recordable DVDs. The blank ones you get in the store. I'm asking can you take a scene and "cut and paste" it? The same way you would with music.
