DVC room openings May 13-20th

Hello all,

Non-DVC member here, but am looking to rent points sometime in mid May. (I normally rent points once a year) My dates are pretty flexible +_ 5 days. I plan on going for 7 nights and 8 days.

I normally do not do this, but I was curious if anyone has called recently and happen to know which resorts are available at this time? Or if anyone plans on calling their agent soon if they wouldn't mind asking!

If there is an alternate way for me to find out this information, please let me know!

dvcrentalstore.com will check dates for you...you don't have to commit any $$$ until they find a possibility for you, if you want it...they won't make the reservation until you say that you want it and submit the downpayment...they will check dates and locations no charge.

We have used DVC Rental Store in the past and they are really great. They don't mind checking alternate dates for you either if your original dates don't work. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

If there is availability but the DVC Rental Store doesn't have a member with the points you need, David's DVC Rentals is also a reputable points-rental outfit.

When we went to book our rental a couple of months ago, I submitted requests to 3 different, well-rated and longstanding DVC rental places in turn. Two didn't have a member with points for the resort we wanted (we were 11 months out and wanted a specific resort) and told us so. (I should add that all of the communication I received from all three places was very prompt and professional.) David's didn't have someone with the points we needed either, but they "waitlisted" us in case somebody joined with the right points. Lucky for us, somebody did!
