I have disney vacation club points that I am willing to rent out.

This brings to mind a question I have had for a long time, maybe you can help. What exactly is the Disney Vacation Club, and how does the point system work? What does it cost, is it worth the price, and what other perks do you get if any?

DCV is basically time share but instead of weeks you buy points.


If you go to disney like we do it is worth it..

If you spend like 3000 on a room or like 200 a night yes

If you stay at the all sport no..

this allows you to stay at the better hotels in disney and you buy a real estate interest. It is good until 2042.

I pay about 210 per month for my points and than 89 for maintance fees


so if you just add the 210 x 12 months. yes it is cheaper for me since i go down 2 -3 times a year.

Thanks for answering my questions. No, I guess it would not be good for me cuz we always stay at the All Stars and we don't go down more than once a year. Also, we're moving down there soon, so we won't really get much use out of it. But, it does sound like a pretty good deal for you!

it is like anormal time share you can go anywhere
