DVC lounge in Disneyland?

I thought I read in the DisneyFiles magazine about a new DVC lounge in Disneyland. Anyone have any idea when it might open? I am planning a trip to Disneyland in May and hoping it is open by then.

Hi!
The lounge is located in Tomorrowland on the second floor of the Tomorrowland Expo Center, above the Star Wars Launch Bay attraction.
The lounge is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and does not require a reservation. To gain access to the lounge, Disney Vacation Club members must present their DVC membership card and a valid park admission ticket or annual pass.
