DVC Gold AP Renewal

Is there another option to renew my pass besides calling? This is the third time I’ve tried calling and after 3 hours of waiting I got disconnected … i almost cried.

HELP.

How did this turn out? Did you ever get through or did you give up. We renew our FL resident pass online and it is pretty easy. I can’t imagine the DVC would be different.

DVC members can’t renew online. Florida residents can but the special DVC deal requires you call Member Services.

@Lavelle , is that the MS number or regular ticketing? You need to call Member Services and I thought the wait times had drastically improved recently.

I had to call Regular ticketing to link my families tickets. I was connected almost immediately and then she was able to transfer me to DVC … then it went south currently on hold again

I would call MS direct now if all you need to do is renew your AP.

Agree...you have to do this through DVC Member Services.

At the time that I posted, the OP did not specify that this was DVC. If gold is specific to them, I would had no idea. I have only been able to purchase a platinum AP. If anything, this makes me glad that I am able to renew at guest services starting on June 8 during my upcoming trip as I would have had to call since I am paying with multiple gift cards.

The DVC perk is being able to buy a Gold AP, which is reserved for FL residents. FL residents can renew them online, DVC must do it through Member Services.

The title didn't say DVC when I first posted. It just said "Gold AP Renewal." Titles can be edited after the fact too.
