DVC and Taxes

Does any DVC member know if any or part of your DVC cost and fees are tax deductible? I'm trying to come up with ways to convince my wife to buy in. Thanks in advance.

It counts as a second ("vacation") home. Any mortgage costs are deductible, as are the property taxes. The dues/fees, however, are not. Consult your tax preparer/financial advisor for details on its actual effect on your taxes.
