Almost gone!

Looks like it needs to get a little cleaning and degreasing along with a fresh paint job. I wonder if it is going to get an overhaul? Maybe rebuild all the air cylinders and replace the drive motors while it is disassembled.

I was wondering if they were going to use the part that left, or maybe go new.

I was a bit surprised to see how it worked with those tires rotating the central column.

That is how most spinners I have seen work. They have one or multiple electric motors driving the tires. I have also seen some that were remotely driven by both drive shaft and chain drive.

I personally cannot see them replacing the center hub unless there stress fractures in the steel which I would highly doubt. I would assume that the replace the bearings, clean, paint and put is back together. Oh, of course replace the tires.
