They are not going to re-paint, right?
I mean... I don't think they are going to close the ride again. And, I was looking at the 2010 brochure and there, Dragon Challenge still red and blue.

So disappointing.

The thought right now is they needed to finish construction they couldn't with the ride open, so they closed it and did what they had to.

Because it reopened as Dueling Dragons and not Dragon Challenge, there is speculation it may close right after spring break crowds leave and then make the final changes to reopen with the rest of the new land.

But, that is all just speculation and guessing.

Do you think that they are going to re-paint the tracks, Matpez? I mean... For me, the colors don't have any connection with the dragons from the series. I was expecting something much more darker... One of the tracks could be dark red and the other one dark brown. Something like that.

But I really think they are not going to repaint. Especially because in the Universal 2010 Brochure, the coasters still red and blue. I have nothing against the red... It matches the color of the Chinese Fireball. But... Blue? The other coaster is supposed to be the the Hungarian Honrtail. And... What the heck? The dragon is not blue!

AND... One more thing.. The whole landscape and the design of the buildings of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter are in a brown scale of color. And then.. In the middle of it all... We have a really light blue and a dark red coaster that have nothing to do with the scheme of the theme park. I just can´t understand that. And come on... It's just a repainting. Nothing really complicated.
