As you can see Huey, Dewey, & Louie are teenagers now so Scrooge is to old to be on the first team. Donald took his spot but Scrooge still backs the team financially.

Gyro Gearloose works in the lab inventing stuff for the team. Webigail and Bubba are on the backup team. Ms. Beakley works in the office handling all the paperwork. Gizmoduck was infected with a computer virus and turned on the team. He had to be dismantled.

The rest of the supporting cast members are working in various positions throughout the organization. Can't say much on that because it's classified.
