I know what you're thinking. You're probably like "Really? You know this can't be a thing, right?" I know. I'm just pitching an idea, so be easy with me.
This is an interesting type of park. Not only is it the first and only Disney park in the Middle East, but it is the fourth Asian park. As much as it follows the Disney traditions of old, it also forgoes some in the way. Americana is totally left out of it, so no Main Street or Frontierland. Also, every attraction is themed to a certain movie or character. The park contains two mosques so that Muslim visitors can have their daily prayers. It also has an Arabian Palace as an icon instead of a European Castle.

So here are the park's 7 areas:
Mickey Mall
Adventure Islands
Treasure Cove
Storybook Land
Mystic Bazaar
Tomorrow City

I will talk more about these areas in later posts.

Mickey Mall
Instead of the classic Main Street, guests walk in through an indoor bazaar called the Mickey Mall. Here, they are immersed in a modern Arabian marketplace with several places to see. Guests can go around and shop, dine, and catch a show, Mickey and the Masterpiece, in the area. There is also an exhibition where guests learn about other parks as well as a place to meet Mickey Mouse. The area contains a mosque for praying and an outdoor hub, which connects to the other areas. There is a moat surrounding the hub with bridges to Adventure Islands, Storybook Land, and Tomorrow City. Instead of the Partners Statue, there is the Storytellers Statue. There is also a fountain where a World of Color-style show happens at night.

Adventure Islands
The equivalent to Adventureland in the park, this area takes up the southeastern corner of the park and shares the rivers of Adventure with Treasure Cove. Here, guests can go around and witness the awe of Africa, Asia, and Polynesia. First up is the Polynesian village, home to Moana's Magnificent Voyage, a stage show. Going down south, guests go through an Indian area, home to King Louie's Playground, Mowgli's Treehouse, and Indiana Jones and the Temple of the Cobra King. Nearby that is Raya and the Dragon Journey, where guests go on an aerial adventure through Kumandra in search of the five rain diamonds. Finally, in an African village, there is Pride Lands River Run, a long flume through the Lion King, as well as a Tarzan stage show.

Treasure Cove
Sharing the rivers of Adventure with Adventure Islands is Treasure Cove, a captured Spanish village in the Caribbean. Guests can learn to be pirates with Barbossa's Pirate Tutorial, or go on a treasure hunt with Voodoo talismans. Located in Theater del Fargo is Captain Jacks' Stunt Spectacular, where guests go to see a show staring a man pretending to be Jack Sparrow. When hearing of this, the real Jack Sparrow shows up to face his imposter, but that brings naval forces to the theater and results in a big finale. Along the waters is Siren's Revenge and Shipwreck Shoals, two family attractions, while housed in a Spanish fortress is Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure, a harrowing quest where guests join Captain Jack to secure lost treasure from the hands of Davy Jones.

Storybook Land
Located north of the park between Mickey Mall and the Mystic Bazaar is the park's equivalent to Fantasyland. When guests enter from the hub, they are immersed in an English village, home to Peter Pan's Flight, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Mad Tea Party, Alice in Wonderland, and Mary Poppins' Jolly Holiday. Located further north is a bridge that will take guests to Mystic Bazaar. On the right side of the village is a forest area, where guests can ride A Tangled Tale and Frozen Ever After, or they could grab a bite at the Snuggly Duckling. To the left of the area is a Circus, where guests can ride Dumbo or test their skills at the Circus Games. Last but not least is a Medieval village, where guests can see Beauty and the Beast: Live, go on Voyage of the Little Mermaid and Fantasia: Mystery Tour, or even meet Princesses at Princess Hall.

Mystic Bazaar
Located in the northernmost part of the park is the Mystic Bazaar, a land based on 1001 Arabian Nights and the stories within. Here, guests can hear Arabic music, eat on an exotic cuisine, or even pray at a second mosque. There is also two kiddie rides: Caravan Carousel and Jasmine's Flying Carpets. Located northward is the Sultan's Palace, where fireworks come at nighttime. In the northwestern portion of the land is the Cave of Wonders, where guests go on a magic carpet roller coaster ride to find the Magic Lamp, but must escape it. Although the ride is based off of the animated Aladdin film, the exterior is based on the Live Action film to better hide the show building.

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge
Guests walk through tunnels in the Medieval village and appear on Batuu, a far away planet in the outer rim. Here, guests can go around the marketplace, building droids and lightsabers and grabbing a drink at the cantina. There are also three attractions. Millenium Falcon: Smuggler's Run allows guests to fly on the Fastest Hunk of Junk in the galaxy. Rise of the Resistance is where guests escape from a Star Destroyer during a battle between the Resistance and the First Order. Star Tours: The Adventures Continue is a random journey through the galaxy.

Tomorrow City
Last but not least, we come to Tomorrow City, the Tomorrowland of Dubai. When Guests walk in, they can fly on Wall*E's spinners, or join Buzz Lightyear as he battles the Evil Emperor Zurg in Buzz Lightyear's Laser War. Guests can also hitch a ride on the Happy Ride with Baymax, talk with Stitch in Stitch Encounter, or dine on the Axiom Starship. Guests can also ride TRON Lightcycle Power Run, a fast-paced ride through the Grid, or play games at Litwack's arcade, going on the Sugar Rush Speedway nearby as well.

To be honest here, I'm not too pleased by how this park turned out. I just did this to try to impress someone who backlashed me for making an alternate Princess and the Frog ride that didn't require killing off Splash Mountain. This person said that I had nowhere to put it, and this person disliked my decision to put it in Fantasyland for Florida. This person made me feel like a loser, and I wanted to prove him/her wrong by posting a new resort, but I see how it has painted me more as a loser. I don't much like how this park has turned out.

Check my ride out here: https://forums.wdwmagic.com/threads/an-alternate-idea-for-a-princess-and-the-frog-ride.977735/

No
Like in Universal Studios Japan they have Marvel, and Tokyo Disneyland doesn’t.
Yes, but the contract is more complicated than that. Essentially, Disney (at least east of the Mississippi) can only use characters that Universal isn’t using. For example, Universal Orlando uses Spider-Man, so WDW can’t, but they aren’t using Guardians of the Galaxy, so that group is fair game for Disney. However, neither company can use the word “Marvel”, which is one reason why Disneyland has Avenger’s Campus, not Marvel Campus or something like that.
