DTD hours

Hi guys, I've searched but can't see anything relevant! Just a simple question that will be no match for you Disperts!

What time does DTD close down at night? We will be staying at POFQ in Sept and like the idea of popping to our neighbours on the boat, I thinking of when we get back from the parks in the evening and suddenly have a need to visit Ghirardelli's !!! Or EoS!!!!!

Actually I've been having an oddly hard time finding info like this too. I;ve never had time to do "grownup" night time things after the parks close since I'm usually with my family, and I was wondering what options there were other than Splitsville/movies/eating. Do the restaurants with bars stay open late? Am I correct that there isn't anyplace to go dancing now that PI is gone?

It officially closes at 2a, but really most things start shutting down around midnight.
