DTD/ Disney Springs

Wasn't sure where to put this question:
Going in late December and staying at POR, plan to spend time at DTD...does it look like a big construction zone?...or is it well camouflaged

the parking lot is a mess and there are walls up everywhere But in a few years it should be wonderful!
