Dropping off rental at Car Care Center

We will be staying off property for a couple of days and will have a rental car (Alamo). My plan was to drop the car off at the MK Car Care Center on the way to the park. My question is, does anyone know if there is a way to get to the MK from the car drop off other than taking a taxi?

I know that shuttle service is provided from the resorts to the car care center if you just call them ahead of time. You should probably just give a call over there and see if they can provide the service the other way. Even if they can't take you to the MK, they could take you to a resort and then you can just hop over to the MK.

The shuttle service will provide you with transportation to any of the parks or hotels on-property.

While the shuttle will drop you off near the gate (in the bus parking aras) of the other three parks, if you ask to be brought to the Magic Kingdom they'll drop you off at the TTC.

Alternatively, you can ask to be brought to the Contemporary and walk over, or even the Grand Floridian and take the monorail one quick stop. (I presume that the Alamo shuttles use the rear access road over to Bear Island Road and turn north onto Floridian Way where it's still a 2-way street)

Another alternative if you don't want to be at the will of the Alamo shuttle would be to change your drop-off to be at the Dolphin. You drop it off with the valet out front, and then walk over to the Dolphin bus stop and get on a MK-bound bus. (Or if you decide to go to Epcot or the Studios that day, you can walk or take the boat from there)

Alamo didn't have the Dolphin listed as a rental location on their website (only the Car Care Ctr and a Wyndham Resort), so that would work also.

Hmmm... I see it listed on their page.

Try their station code, ORLR74, rather than by name.

(ORLR72 is the Car Care Center, ORLR73 is the Buena Vista Palace near Downtown Disney)
