The only one I have eaten at is the Royal Table and I wore a t-shirt and shorts. I saw a man at the table next to me wearing a tank top and really shouldn't have been, if you know what I mean. I think you are OK wearing whatever is appropriate attire to wear around the parks for the day. They can't expect you to run back to your resort in the middle of the day to change clothes for a mid-day ADR at the castle.
