Dress code for La Nouba

My husband and I are leaving for the World on Saturday, and just found out that two of our friends got us tickets to Wednesday night's La Nouba.

I am getting ready to pack tonight and just needed some advice.

We will be at DHS during the day that day and then going to the show for 9 am. Is there a dress code for it? Should we go back to the condo prior to going and change, etc?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Not one that I'm aware of. You're free to dress up, of course, but the one time I went, I seem to just remember everyone just wearing whatever. I was with a school group, and I think they would have made a big deal about making sure we were properly dressed, too.

Though I've hardly been, La Nouba is hardly a formal show- you should be fine in whatever you were wearing at the parks.

We went in August 2007. We had dinner at Planet Hollywood just before. It was a very casual atmosphere. My kids were wearing shorts and sneakers with a nice shirt (not a t-shirt); same for my husband and myself. There were some that were wearing dress pants and summer dresses, but not many. It was August in Florida - shorts was the norm. It was an awesome show - have a great time!

When Love and I went a number of years back, we dressed up. Not formal wear, but like dressed for a nice dinner out. We were going out to DtD just for Cirque and by dressing up a little, it made it like a nice night out. A more "date" or special evening event for us. While you're welcome to wear whatever you wish, it IS nice to change into something less park wear only if to help you make a richer experience out of the evening as a whole. (If that makes sense.)

Either way, the show is great, so enjoy!

Happy 1st - and many more! (Going on 18 years for us, my parents are celebrating 40 this year and my inlaws celebrated 46!)
