Thinking of adding Cirque show to next visit. Has anyone bought tickets the day of show and what kind of selection is left by not buying tickets in advance?

We bought tickets back the end of Jan. for our trip in July--there was already a healthy amount of seats sold for the date we were looking at. I'd buy as early as you know you want to go.
