I turned him into a woman! Unfortunately i cleared it before knowing we were posting ours! Fun game, and it helps the eye-hand coordination. It's a win-win situation!

That's a fun game! The only problem is that if I draw on his left eye or somewhere on the left, if I use the drop-down menu, the left side disappears!
It's still fun though!

I took a screenshot and cropped it down to just him in Paint shop Pro and painted that.
