Downtown Disney to Hollywood Studios

What is the quickest way to get from downtown Disney to Hollywood studios using Disney transport? I know a taxi would be quickest. Would it be best to do a boat to Saratoga springs or is there a bus from DTD? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure there is a direct bus. I think dd only has one set of bus stops now.

There are no direct buses from DTD to any park. Disney stopped this when people would park at DTD and hop a bus to the parks in order to avoid paying the parking fee.

@ajrwdwgirl, if you are in the old Pleasure Island section, take the boat to POFQ and walk the short distance to the bus stop and board a Studios bus.

If you are in the Marketplace section, take the bus to POR (it will share with POFQ but stops at POR first) and transfer at the South Depot to a Studios bus.

Thanks I was pretty sure there was no direct bus. Just wondering about boating to Saratoga, never thought of port Orleans.

We usually take the bus to the Boardwalk, then a boat from there to HS.

My mistake, I thought we took the bus last month. I must have confused it for another theme park.

There's occasional direct bus service to accommodate large crowds- but it is rare, and I've only seen it happening towards park closing.
