Downtown Disney questions???

I'm getting an Annual Pass and I want to go to Downtown Disney... I don't really care about the water parks, so I don't need to spend the extra $100 bucks to get the PAP.

It seems that you need to pay for Pleasure Island only, but I'm not 100% sure??? Is it worth the $20 to go to Pleasure Island?

Can you go to "West Side", "Market Place" and "Boardwalk" without buying any other tickets?


Any info would be great...

I'd say it's worth spending the $20 to go to PI. I'ts fun and you can just hang out there all night and go into the clubs (Adventurers Club is my favorite! Its not a club like you think, its alot of improv with the people that come in and its set up sota like Sherlock Holmes or 'The Mummy'// Very cool!)

And yes, you have to only pay for Pleasure Island. You can go to the other 3 places withough paying.. I think there is a walk way from what i can remember

The Boardwalk is not part of Downtown Disney.

Yes the Pleasure Island is extra, but of course it is only worth it if you plan on visiting the night clubs, etc. that they have to offer. $20 for the year doesn't sound bad to me at all.:king:

Boardwalk is free and is great at night. The ESPN Club there is great.

Marketplace and West Side are always free. I think things start opening about 11 am and stay open until 2 am.

Pleasure Island is the only thing that costs. It is free to get into until a certain time. I think it may be 7 or 8 pm. So you can still go to PI for free, but the clubs won't be open, just the shops.

Yea it is definatly worth the $20. I love Pleasure Island, but you really need to like the nightlife with the dancing, or comedy clubs, or just hanging around and chilling with people. Yea the Adventure Club is definatly one of the coolest clubs there.
