Summer Sands is a disney store, you get your regular 20% discount as a CP. Any of the disney-owned stores you get 20%. The operating participants are different for each one, but most offer between 10 and 20% off.

Most of them do, check the portal for most of the stuff.

A lot of the Op. Part. do offer discounts, however they usually wont give you the discount on sale items. IE - a CD on sale at Virgin (they wont take more off)

What is nice is some stores off property offer nice discounts. The Outlets at Lake Buena Vista (VF Outlets) offers discounts with a cast ID at some stores. I scored 15% off at Reebok and someone told me the discount at the Nike Factory Store was even better.
