When we went down during the christmas holiday we stayed at the royal plaza (very nice resort no complants) thats the third resort i believe to get picked up and hardly anyone was on the bus. at the least all 4 of us always got a seat. They were on time all the time. Its very good transportation and the waits after parks close were bad either.
