Does anyone know what time they stop picking up from resorts to take you to DTD? For example, when they close at 11, what time do they stop taking people there? Thanks to all for your Disney smarts!

Downtown Disney Bus

There are some locations in Downtown Disney open until 1 or 2am. So while the shops in the Marketplace may close at 11, they still continue bus service until all venues are closed.
So you'll easily be able to get to Downtown Disney at 11pm. About the only change is that at some point (11:30ish, I believe) buses stop going to the Marketplace stops, and only go to the PI stops until the end of service.
