Download problems

I have been having some problems when trying to download video from this site. Each time I try to download something it downloads at less than 10 KB/Sec. Then it stops downloading halfway thru. What am I doing wrong? I am using internet explorer 6.

The site works fine. I only have problems with the video downloads.

The site you sent me to says my speed is 1076.81 Kbps ( 1.1 Mbps ).

When I download from other sites it works fine. I am just having a problem downloading from your site.

Is it always the same clip you try? or is it affecting all video clips? Are you doing a right click, "Save target As"?

It is all the video clips and yes I am right clicking to save and I am also just trying to play the clip as well. Nothing is working.

I must add that to the video problems. All photo downloads seem to take forever to download as well. I do not have this problem on any other web site.

I have trouble with photos within threads, but usually it's when people have their photos stored elsewhere and not on WDWMagic.

Videos download fine for me.

Thanks for the input Monty. However I still am having problems with the videos.
I appreciate that, however I was providing input that may tend to mitigate Steve's responsibility for your problems with the videos. :shrug:

It defiantely sounds like a routing problem between you, your ISP, and us. Are you using a router? If so, can you power it off and back on.

Can you go to a command prompt on your pc, and enter:

tracert www.wdwmagic.com

then copy and paste the output of that here?

Before you do that, should I try calling my internet provider and asking them if they can help (Update, I did and they said everything is fine on my end.) I really enjoy your site and want to download the video, this the best WDW site in the world. Would you be willing to download the videos on to a dvd and mail it to me?

I can't do a DVD for you unfortunately. It might be the kind of thing that resolves itself in a few days. Do you want to leave it for a few and see how it goes? or I can give you a refund now.
