We might be staying here as it is convenient for Hilton Honors while it also looks nice. Has anyone stayed here? Any Comments?

I haven't stayed there personally, but the "official Downtown Disney hotels" have to keep up to a particular standard, so I'd be OK with staying there.

If you haven't already, check out these TripAdvisor reviews.

Hope that helps!

I don't know when your trip is or was but maybe this will help the next person who stays there. When I was there in May (08) I was apprehensive at first since I am used to staying on property. In fact I was supposed to stay at POFQ but I found a great deal on Sidecar and was able to use points towards my stay. The rooms were great with mini kitchens, large living rooms with pull out coaches, wonderful beds, oh and the pool was beautiful. The staff were wonderful, always happy to help and strived for great customer service.
My only complaints would be that we found the dinning room to be mediocre, the food wasn't that great and for what we were paying I would expect way more. We found many things to be quite expensive like in their "general store" things as simple as a soda to trail mix seemed to be marked up at least 50% more than usual, so we either bought what we needed in the park or went to the grocery via taxi. The bus service was good especially since we didn't have a car but since the Hotel shares them with a few other resorts on Hotel Plaza Boulevard they were always packed in the mornings, sometimes having us wait an extra 30min. for the next bus, makeing us late to meet with the rest of our party. My advice either rent a car or be prepared for calling taxi's, we found ourselves takeing them to the restaurants near by on 535 (I beleive that was the street) and to other random stores in that area. Hope it helps...

^My trip was in August but I totally agree with you on everything. We stayed here because we had been saving up on points and it all worked out. The service was great. Our view from our room rocked. We could see ToT, SSE, and DTD. The buses were kind of annoying and being the last stop before going to the park we rarley ever had seats. They had one bus route for DHS and Epcot and one route for AK and MK so the AK and MK was very crowded and we were almost late for our Reservation at the Tusker House becasue the bus stops at MK first. Even being on the first bus of the day doesn't get me there as early as I would like. However everything else was great and would stay there again. The cookies are so good. I would also recomend a rental car if you plan on getting to parks extra early and have breakfast reservations.

Those cookies rocked we nicknamed them "Powerbars" they were a great energy boost with the Wolfgang coffee while waiting for a bus. Speaking of buses! Agreed being the last to be picked up made it standing room only, and those bus roots were just weird in general, I don't know if they were the same for you but we had to take all these back roads, maybe due to the Iron Man that was going on. We past behind the Coronado Springs, Disney's water treatment plant, and other various buildings that were not exactly "Magical".
But I guess I can say I got a tour of things you wouldn't normally see.
