Doubletree DTD vs. Residence LBV

We will be back at Easter 2007. We have stayed several years @ DT DTD and have been very happy with the DT DTD. We are looking to try someplace different this year offsite in LBV as nice or better that will sleep 2 adults & 4 kids. We are looking at the Residence Inn LBV.

Can anyone give some info on RI LBV and if you have stayed at both DT DTD and RI LBV, how do they compare?

Never done the DT DD, but have stayed at the Residence Inn LBV. It's just outside of Disney property, down Palm Parkway. And if you're going to Sea World, it's great because that'll take you there a "back" way.

The suite we had was a 2 BR with a king, 2 doubles, 2 baths and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Not sure the age and size of your kids, but it should work. There's a decent pool, and they do some food presentations like popcorn in the evenings. There is also a very nice hot breakfast included, internet access.

The kitchen area is small but serviceable, the full size fridge is great for freezing water bottles, storing snacks for taking to the parks.
