Donald's Boat

Hi

I was just looking on the Disneyland website, and it says Donald's boat will be closed for refurbishment from May 19th to June 20th. It was not there a few weeks ago. I was just wondering if anyone knew:

A) Why for so long?
B) Why so sudden?
C) Why during the hotter part of the year?

Am I just looking to far into this?
