I was at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN, this summer. When I was talking to an employee in one of the gift shops, she asked if I had been there a lot, and I said it was my first time. I then said I lived in South Florida and said I frequently visited WDW and Universal Orlando, and said how they had the new Dixie Stampede there. She said that plans were just being finalized for Dollywood Orlando. She did not know the location though, but it would be somewhere near the Dixie Stampede. When up in O-Town last week we drove past Dixie Stampede. I noticed that there is a lot of land behind it and a somewhat large lake behind the land too, which would be more than enough room to build a theme park. Does anyone else know more?
