A Dole Whip is a really good, super smooth, delicious ice cream that you can get in Chocolate, Vanilla or Pineapple. The Pineapple is the best!

Dole Whips. Yummy. I had like 10 of those while I was in Hawaii. I had one last time I was in WDW. 
And as for smoothies, they have them all over WDW. Espically in Epcot. There's a cart by Energy and they have them at FountainView.
