Doesn't the goofy movie hotel room remind you of the nemo rooms.

I was watching the new finding nemo room tour and it reminded me of something from a cartoon i have seen once, but i couldn't put i finger on it. And then i realized it was just like the goofy movie hotel room. It wasn't a copy or anything, but it had the same feel to it.
