Does WDW need ticketed carpenters?

I am going to be a ticketed carpenter soon and I would like to work on cutting edge designs and challenging projects. I would like to help build some of the rides of tommorrow! Does WDW have its own team of carpenters or contract out to local construction companies. Who would I speak with, and what department?

I have wanted to build thigs like this since I first went to WDW as a boy.
