Does TTC Close?

Hey everyone, random question for you.
I know that the monorails and buses run relatively late, but I was randomly wondering if the TTC area ever closes down completely at night? For example, if it was like 3AM and I went for a walk, could I walk through the TTC area or would it be closed up and blocked off?
Sorry for the random question, just something I was sporadically thinking about.

Yes it does close after a set time (don't ask me the time). I know cause I have talked to friends that have been trapped and had to go to the Poly to take a cab to there hotel cause all the bus service had stopped.
